     Green environmental protection has become a major theme of today's era, society is progressing, but environmental pollution is also expanding, so human beings must protect our homes, and now, all walks of life are also advocating the manufacture of green environmental protection products, so how can LED enterprises develop and design products that do not produce light pollution?      LED display screen has been widely used in every corner of the city, and has become a unique symbol to enhance the image of the city. However, while it beautifies the image of the city, the strong light of the screen also has a negative impact on the night life of urban residents. Although the LED industry is a "light-making" industry, the display screen "light-producing" can not be blamed, but from the city's environmental pollution indicators, it has become a new type of pollution "light pollution". Therefore, as an enterprise, it should pay attention to the problem of "light pollution" in production and control the setting of brightness.

     One control method: adopt the adjusting system which can automatically adjust the brightness.

     According to the day and night, the slight change of the brightness of the display screen will produce a great effect in different locations, environments and time periods. If the playback brightness of the LED display is more than 50% of the ambient brightness, we will obviously feel the eye discomfort, which causes "light pollution".

     Then we can collect the ambient brightness at any time through the outdoor brightness acquisition system, and use the display control system to automatically convert the system data to the ambient brightness through software for broadcasting pictures.

     The second control method is multi-level gray correction technology.

     Common LED display system uses 18 bit color display level, so in some low gray level and over-color areas, the color will be displayed very stiff, so it will cause color light maladjustment. The new LED large screen control system uses 14 bit color display layer, which greatly improves the color hardness in excess, makes people feel soft color when watching, and avoids people's discomfort with light.

     In terms of power consumption, although the luminous materials used by the LED display screen itself are energy-saving, some of them need to be applied in the occasions with large display area. Because of long-term use, the overall power consumption is still large, because the brightness it needs will be relatively high. Under the influence of these comprehensive factors, the power consumption of the display screen is equivalent. Surprisingly, all the electricity charges paid by advertisers will increase geometrically. Therefore, enterprises can save energy through the following five points:

     (1) By using high-efficiency LED, the light-emitting chip can not cut corners.

     (2) High efficiency switching power supply is adopted, which greatly improves the efficiency of power conversion.

     (3) Excellent screen heat dissipation design to reduce fan power consumption;

     (4) Design a scientific overall circuit scheme to reduce the power consumption of internal lines;

     (5) Automatically adjust the brightness of outdoor display screen according to the change of external environment, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
